The aftermath

Today is Monday, Holy Monday in the Roman Catholic Calendar.

While the whole nation is still divided on how to treat the "victory" of the "people's champion" over his, so far fiercest opponent, the Lent was also not able to prolong the truce between the opposition and the administration.

I also agree that there should be no let up in uncovering the truth and extent of corruption in the country. Even it cost us another street revolution, if only to unseat an unworthy and pretentious leader.

Well, many people may say and indeed feel that Filipinos are already tired of street protests. They say that we can't afford to unseat a leader after another. We have to be contented of what have, because in the first place, we put them to where they are at.

But aren't we entitled for a better place to live in? Then we have to work for it. Not tomorrow, not in 2010 but today. and all of us should be involved.

Wala dapat fence sitters. Walang makikikain pagkatapos ng tagumpay.
